Guided by Sophie Gengler, a knowledged meditation guide and yoga teacher. She has experience living in a Tibetan monastery, studying at a Tantric ashram in Southeast Asia, and trained in Vipassana, the original teachings of the Buddha. Bridging the worlds of the esoteric, scientific, mystical, and embodied reality to open the gateway for healing. Interweaving meditation and pranayama with somatic healing tools and sound bath to create a rejuvenating meditation workshop. Tea gathering and sound bath included!
