Following a career in law, Doreen Gwin embraced Pilates from the moment she began her personal training in 2006. She was introduced to Pilates by her husband, and she has trained with several Stott Certified trainers, including a Stott Certified Instructor Trainer.
From breathing to lengthening and strengthening, the practice of Pilates encourages our bodies to move in different directions yet complements our everyday movements. The act of stabilizing and mobilizing in the Pilates repertoire also enhances the exercises we do – walking, strength training, tennis and more.
