Annali Rose

Annali Rose is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and a Merrithew Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES® as well as a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor. Additionally, in 2021, Annali earned her Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Florida State University where she was a Legacy Fellow.

As a former professional ballet dancer of 18 years, Annali’s passion for movement stems from her love of dance. She believes that teaching movement is communicating embodied experiences and skills to another as an offering to nurture and enrich each other in our movement practice. And she values creating a positive learning environment that promotes student success to move through life with as much strength and ease as possible. Annali employs her skills towards empowering the beautiful spectrum of clients she serves from dancers and artists to movement enthusiasts of all levels
